Yes — all 44 manual tools are available on the Free plan, with 50 checks per day. Registered Free accounts can also create three combined scheduled monitors or cron heartbeats with dashboard alerts.

How does monitoring work?
Set up an HTTP or HTTPS monitor for a supported checker. CheckFast runs it from one region at the interval allowed by your plan and sends alerts after the configured failure threshold. Starter includes Telegram and email; Pro and Agency also include Slack and webhooks.
Can I use the API?
Yes. Pro and Agency include Bearer-token API access for CI/CD and custom dashboards. Enforced hourly and daily budgets are returned in the rate-limit response headers.
