1. Agreement and operator
CheckFast is the service name used by the operator of checkfast.io. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you use CheckFast for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Questions about the service or these terms may be sent to security@checkfast.io. The operator's formal legal identity, postal address, and any negotiated contract details shown in a paid checkout or order confirmation also form part of the applicable transaction record.
2. What the service provides
CheckFast provides one-off website diagnostics, validators, generators, public report pages, scheduled monitoring, alerts, cron-heartbeat tracking, and API access where the selected plan enables them. Features can be unavailable when an optional integration is not configured.
A result is a point-in-time technical observation based on the submitted target and the checks that completed. It is not a guarantee that a website is secure, accessible, compliant, available, search-optimized, or free of defects. Generated legal-document templates are customizable drafts, not legal advice or a compliance guarantee.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in links and one-time codes private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for the monitors, alert destinations, API keys, webhook endpoints, cron-heartbeat URLs, and other resources configured through your account.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, third-party systems, service integrity, or legal compliance. Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
4. Authorized and acceptable use
Submit only public targets or systems that you own or are authorized to test. You must not use CheckFast to attack, overload, exploit, harass, surveil, spam, phish, distribute malware, collect credentials, evade access controls, or violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Some checks make network requests to the submitted host and may query public DNS, certificate, registration, performance, or reputation services. The target and those services may observe CheckFast's requests. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is permitted and appropriately scoped.
5. Public reports and submitted content
Supported checks can create shareable public reports for a normalized host. Public reports and their technical findings may be indexed by search engines. Do not submit private hosts, credentials, access tokens, personal data, or confidential URLs to a public-check flow. Account deletion removes account linkage from retained public reports rather than deleting those reports automatically.
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant CheckFast the limited permission needed to process it, run the requested checks, store results, display a public report where the flow is public, deliver alerts, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
6. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Free and paid limits are the limits displayed by the service when you use a feature. Paid checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The checkout and order confirmation show the price, currency, tax, billing interval, renewal terms, and any transaction-specific buyer terms before payment.
A subscription renews until cancelled. Manage or cancel it through the Lemon Squeezy customer area linked from CheckFast settings. A cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues through the paid period reported by the provider. Account deletion first attempts to confirm cancellation of chargeable Lemon Squeezy subscriptions and is blocked if that cancellation cannot be verified.
Refund eligibility is determined by the policy expressly shown at checkout, Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms, and mandatory consumer law. CheckFast does not promise a refund, proration, annual discount, or enterprise feature unless it is explicitly offered in the applicable checkout or written order.
7. Availability and changes
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the service is provided on an as-available basis without a service-level agreement. Checks and alerts can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable because of maintenance, rate limits, target behavior, network failures, provider outages, or other conditions outside CheckFast's control.
We may change features and limits to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, and product viability. Material changes to paid terms apply prospectively and will be communicated through the service, checkout, account contact, or an updated version of these terms as appropriate.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
CheckFast and its original software, design, content, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may use generated results for your own lawful purposes, subject to third-party rights and any attribution or license shown with the material.
If you provide feedback, you permit CheckFast to use it without an obligation to pay you, while retaining ownership of any pre-existing materials you include.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, CheckFast disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability cap, governing law, venue, or negotiated support commitment must be stated in a checkout, order form, or separate written agreement to apply.
10. Ending use and changes to these terms
You may stop using the public tools at any time and may delete an account from Settings. We may end access for a material breach, abuse, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, public-report permissions, disclaimers, and accrued payment obligations, remain in effect.
The effective date and version above identify the current terms. If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, notice will be provided through a reasonable account or service channel before the change takes effect where required.
